So impressive was the design that in 2010, Sankt Peter was added to the Bavarian list of protected monuments even though it has been around only for a short time.

It hosts regular Sunday services, organizes community events, and even serves as a concert hall for classical music, especially for spiritual music. The interior hall, with its unusual shape, offers an impressive sound experience, ideal for a concert.
