During weekdays, the Lijnderbrug caters primarily to commercial vessels from 6:00 to 7:00 and 18:00 to 20:00. However, openings for recreational boats occur between 9:00 and 16:00. So, if you’re planning a boat trip, remember to call the number provided by the municipality at least one workday in advance. Don’t forget, on Saturdays, you can only request an opening between 9:00 and 12:00. And unfortunately, the bridge does not operate on Sundays or public holidays.
