Let’s step back to March 1998. This is when Galerie AdK first opened its doors. Two years later the gallery moved. In April 2000 it found its home on the Prinsengracht.
Galerie AdK’s foundation lies in its relationships. These relationships include the artists it represents. This close collaboration allows the gallery to showcase the evolution. The gallery focuses on quality and concentration. The collaboration is unique with artists and also visitors. The focus is paintings sculptures and drawings.

Currently Galerie AdK is hosting VERS. It is a group exhibition running from January 11 to February 22 2025. This exhibition showcases new works from all represented artists. Artists are free to submit what they want. Bert Neelen shows new bronze objects. Pieter Holstein displays works on paper. Anita Mandemaker presents a wooden wall sculpture. Claudie de Cleen shows new drawings and illustrations. Heddy-John Appeldoorn exhibits collages.
Galerie AdK also participates in the KunstKoop program. This program is in partnership with the Mondriaan Stichting. It facilitates art acquisition. Expertise is available for those looking to purchase art.
