The Dörnberg-Mausoleum was built between 1911 and 1914. The Von Dörnberg family’s coat of arms graces the portal. German Bestelmeyer designed this mausoleum.
Notice the exterior staircase. Resting lions flank it guarding the entrance. Above rises a high stone dome. Its shell limestone cladding reflects Byzantine architecture.
