The Juffershuis was fully renovated between 2016 and 2017. Now it houses Gasterij Leyduin a restaurant and inn. It’s a perfect spot for hikers and cyclists. They can relax by the fireplace or enjoy a meal in the upstairs dining room. From there you have a wonderful view of the surrounding forest.
Picture this. You’re seated in the cozy restaurant. You sip your Nespresso. You savor pastries from Holtkamp. The air is filled with the aroma of delicious apple pie from Haarlem’s Appeltaart Imperium. Outside the many birds sing. Perhaps you might even catch a glimpse of a deer.
