This school is located at Radlick\u00e1 140/115 in Prague 5. It is a contributor organization. The Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161kola a mate\u0159sk\u00e1 \u0161kola Radlick\u00e1 also includes the M\u0160 Na Pl\u00e1ni and M\u0160 Nad Laurovou.
The Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161kola a mate\u0159sk\u00e1 \u0161kola Radlick\u00e1 aims to be a learning school for the future. They want to be a place of fair play. They want to consider everyone. Critical thinking helps students understand the world. The school wants to be modern. It also wants to be democratic open and safe.
One first grade is opened each year at Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161kola a mate\u0159sk\u00e1 \u0161kola Radlick\u00e1. There are about 22 children per class in the first level. English is taught from the first grade. A second foreign language is offered from the seventh grade. This depends on student interest and possibilities. French Spanish German and Russian are options.
The Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161kola a mate\u0159sk\u00e1 \u0161kola Radlick\u00e1 uses Hejn\u00e9 mathematics. It also uses Comenia Script which is an unbound script. Formative assessment is used. Up to the 3rd grade verbal assessment is used. They use the Instrumental Enrichment Method. Every week class meetings are scheduled. Students cooperate within the student parliament. Parent cafes are organized. There are also open headmaster’s offices. School TRIA happens twice a year. This involves consultations with parents students and teachers.
Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161kola a mate\u0159sk\u00e1 \u0161kola Radlick\u00e1 supports students with specific needs. Teaching assistants are available. Bilingual assistants are also available. A supportive environment is created. A functional school counseling center is available. It includes a school psychologist a prevention methodologist and an educational counselor. There is also a career counselor and a social pedagogue.
The facilities at Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161kola a mate\u0159sk\u00e1 \u0161kola Radlick\u00e1 are modern. There is a gym with a walkable roof. There is also an outdoor classroom. The school has a healthy school cafeteria. It serves good food. There are multifunctional workshops and a fine arts studio. Digital equipment is available. This includes notebooks Chromebooks Bee Bots Lego education and more. The school provides a pleasant environment.
Clubs and leisure activities are both internal and external. Examples include guitar flute ceramics and sports games. Students can also participate in floorball Merry Science and Poke Club. English athletics volleyball and Lego club are also options.
