Just a short five-minute walk from the MTR, residents enjoy convenient access to public transport. Children living in Yu Tak Court attend schools within Primary One Admission (POA) School Net 91. The secondary school district falls within Sha Tin, offering a range of educational options. The building is fairly new, having received its Occupation Permit on March 30, 2023.
