Upper Ngau Tau Kok Estate is a public housing estate in Ngau Tau Kok. It is located in Kwun Tong Kowloon. The estate is situated next to Kwun Tong Garden Estate. It lies between the MTR Ngau Tau Kok station and Kowloon Bay station.

The whole of Ngau Tau Kok Estate was once divided. It was split into Upper and Lower Ngau Tau Kok Estate. This division happened in the late 1960s. Upper Estate was a low-cost housing estate. It had nine blocks. Lower Estate was a resettlement estate. It consisted of fourteen blocks.

Upper Ngau Tau Kok Estate underwent redevelopment. Phase 1 began in 1998. Three new blocks were constructed by 2003. These offered 2133 units. Phases 2 and 3 followed. Blocks 1 to 5 were demolished in 2003. Reconstruction started in 2005. Six blocks with 4584 units were built by 2009. Many residents relocated from Lower Ngau Tau Kok Estate due to its redevelopment.
