Founded in 1998 the True Tabernacle Christian Center stands as a testament to faith. It’s a place where community thrives. Pastor Frederick D Styles founded this vibrant church. He’s a dynamic preacher known for his powerful sermons. He believes the truth sets you free. His ministry began long before the True Tabernacle Christian Center was established.

While serving in the US Army Pastor Styles started a Bible study in Somalia. He led sessions for military personnel. Five to twenty-five soldiers attended these meetings. Through prayer and Bible study lives were transformed. People found faith or rededicated themselves to Christ.

After returning from Somalia in 1993 Pastor Styles felt the call to ministry. In 1996 he became pastor of True Tabernacle Church of God in Christ in Germany. The name was divinely inspired. He found the perfect scripture in Hebrews 8:2. It describes a minister of the true tabernacle. This scripture guided the church’s name.

The Styles family returned from Germany in 1997. They joined Pastor Kenneth Fowlkes’ church. After a year of service Pastor Styles felt a call to start his own church. The True Tabernacle Christian Center opened in October 1998. It’s grown significantly since its humble beginnings.
