Twenty-one years. That’s how long I’ve been attending The King’s Arms Church. A remarkable journey.
The King’s Arms Church isn’t just a building. It’s a vibrant community nestled in Trentham Upper Hutt. It’s a place where faith and fellowship intertwine. Established in 1992 its roots run deep. Its mission to serve the homeless and welcome those on the margins of society is truly inspiring. The church’s commitment to radical discipleship is apparent in its welcoming atmosphere. Initially the King’s Arms Project focused on helping the homeless in the area. A few years later the church was formed. It’s amazing to think how this small start has blossomed. The King’s Arms Church wasn’t always located here at 10 Racecourse Road. But it has found a wonderful home. Its location is convenient and accessible. This beautiful building hosts Sunday services. People gather to worship and connect.
