In May 2013, a significant step was taken. The Legislative Council approved a government loan of $2,290 million, paving the way for this ambitious development. The aim was to create a new and exciting experience for visitors, combining the natural beauty of Tai Shue Wan with cutting-edge entertainment. This project, scheduled for completion in 2019, transformed Tai Shue Wan into a vibrant hub of activity.
