From its grand beginnings as ‘Bryck Place’, it’s been home to courtiers, merchants, even a girls’ school. Peek inside and discover the intricate linenfold panelling. This rare and beautiful feature was actually stolen in the 1980s when the house fell into disrepair. But, thanks to eagle-eyed experts at a salvage firm, it was returned to its rightful place.
