The transformation of Stora Maren began in 2014. Initial plans focused on creating a greener space. However, the site’s condition required a more ambitious approach. Guided by the 2016 program, technical investigations paved the way for detailed planning and implementation. The adoption of the Tellus 5 and Marenplan detailed plan in early 2023 marked a significant milestone. Now, the revitalization of the quays and Marenplan can begin.
