Since 2011 Sportovní areál Praha manages the hall. Another extensive renovation between 2011 and 2014 costing 240 million crowns modernized the interior. Today it’s home to the women’s basketball team USK Praha.

More than just a venue Sportovní hala Královka is a community hub. Its training hall can accommodate 200 people.
