In the heart of Warsaw, a vibrant community thrives. This is Społeczność Chrześcijańska Północ, a testament to faith and resilience. Społeczność Chrześcijańska Północ, often called “CF North”, isn’t just a building at Elektronowa 10. It’s a living story, woven from threads of history and spiritual connection. Pastor Damian Szafranek leads this flock. His presence continues a legacy of leadership that began with Pastor Krzysztof Zaręba in 2004. Społeczność Chrześcijańska Północ’s journey started in 2001. It began as an outreach of Społeczność Chrześcijańska Puławska. This new initiative aimed to serve the faithful residing on the right bank of Warsaw. Early gatherings were held in unconventional spaces. They met at the “Pod Grotem” hotel and later, the Daewoo-FSO conference hall. The community’s growth demanded larger spaces. They moved to the “Baccar” center on Jagiellońska Street in 2002. They later occupied a space in the Vocational School Complex of the Passenger Car Factory. By 2004, Społeczność Chrześcijańska Północ established its independence. It became a separate entity within the Community of Christ Churches in Poland. Today, Społeczność Chrześcijańska Północ stands at Elektronowa 10. This former academic building, purchased in 2014, offers a spacious chapel and numerous facilities. It hosts a variety of activities. Three Sunday services cater to different language groups, including a Russian-language service. The church embraces diverse ministries. These include children’s church, home groups, youth meetings, and even a messianic ministry. Społeczność Chrześcijańska Północ has not only grown in size but also in impact. In 2011, it birthed a new community, Społeczność Chrześcijańska Południe. This new church further extended the reach of faith in Warsaw. From humble beginnings to its present vibrancy, Społeczność Chrześcijańska Północ continues to write its story. It is a beacon of faith and community in the heart of Warsaw.
