Rising majestically before us, the Skyliner pierces the Warsaw skyline. It is more than just a building. It is a testament to modern architecture and Polish innovation.

The Skyliner is located at 67 Prosta Street near the Rondo Daszyńskiego station. Its location makes it a vibrant hub in the Czyste neighborhood. Construction began in September 2017. The towering structure was completed in January 2021.

This skyscraper stretches 195 meters into the sky. It has 45 impressive storeys. The Skyliner holds the distinction of being the sixth tallest building in Warsaw. It is the seventh tallest in all of Poland.

The Skyliner’s design is the work of APA Wojciechowski Architekci. The Karimpol Group financed the project. The building stands as a symbol of modern Warsaw.

The first four storeys offer 3000 square meters of commercial space. Here, you will find stores, restaurants and coffeehouses. Above them are 30 floors. These floors provide 43,633 square meters of office space. The entire building boasts a floor area of 72,000 square meters.

Take a ride up to the Sky Bar. It is located at 165 meters high. This bar offers a stunning panoramic view of Warsaw.

The Skyliner also provides ample parking. It has 430 car parking spaces and 300 bike spaces. It is designed with sustainability in mind. The Skyliner is classified as “Excellent” in the BREEAM system.

Interestingly, the Skyliner is planned to be joined with Skyliner II. Skyliner II is currently under construction. They will form a complex of twin buildings connected at the base.

The Skyliner is equipped with modern technologies. These include 21 high-speed lifts. There is also a smart, contactless service system. The SkylinerApp allows tenants to control various aspects of their workspace.

The Skyliner is home to many companies. Noble Securities, Werfen Polska and Greenville are among the new tenants. Others include Bolt, Booksy and Coca-Cola Poland Services.

In 2022, the Skyliner received the 3rd Award at the Polski Cement w Architekturze. This award recognizes the best building design using reinforced concrete.

As you stand here, consider the blend of innovation and design. The Skyliner is a prominent feature of Warsaw. It is a testament to Poland’s architectural achievements.
