Towering over Givatayim, do you see the HaShachar Tower? This skyscraper pierces the sky. It stands as a testament to modern Israeli architecture. Let me tell you its story.

The HaShachar Tower is located where Givatayim, Tel Aviv, and Ramat Gan meet. This places it near the bustling Bursa business district. Its location makes it a significant landmark.

Construction on HaShachar Tower began in 2012. By January 2017, this impressive structure was complete. It quickly became Givatayim’s tallest skyscraper.

HaShachar Tower rises to a height of 201 meters. That is about 660 feet. It has 52 stories above ground and three underground levels. The tower dominates the skyline.

The tower is a mixed-use project. The lower 37 floors are offices and commercial spaces. Above these, the upper 17 floors house 149 apartments. Floor 38 features a residential sky lobby.

The HaShachar Tower also includes five underground parking levels. This provides ample parking for residents and office workers. It addresses the needs of a modern urban lifestyle.

Designed by Barely Levitzky Kassif Architects and AMAV A. Niv – A. Schwartz Architects. Several engineering firms contributed to its structural integrity. These included David Engineers Ltd and Bar Akiva Engineers Ltd.

The developers behind the HaShachar Tower are Sufrin Projects Ltd and Tidhar Investments. Tidhar Construction was the main contractor. Their collaboration brought this vision to life.

In 2012, Clal Bituach invested in the tower. They acquired 20 floors. In 2015, IBM Israel leased seven floors from Clal Bituach. This shows the tower’s importance to major companies.

HaShachar Tower is part of The City Complex in Givatayim. This complex includes two 12-story residential buildings. There are also plans for an even taller building reaching 240 meters. A tunnel is also part of the complex.

The HaShachar Tower integrates different urban functions into one structure. It blends office, residential, and commercial spaces seamlessly. This reflects modern urban planning principles.

HaShachar Tower isn’t just a building. It’s a symbol of Givatayim’s growth. It represents Israel’s progress in architecture and urban development. It stands as an iconic structure.

As we conclude our visit to the HaShachar Tower, remember its blend of uses. Think of its impact on the Givatayim skyline. It is a testament to modern Israeli innovation.
