Have you ever wondered what lies behind the gates of Reddam House? Here at Reddam House in Woollahra, we stand before a campus brimming with history and the promise of a bright future. Reddam House isn’t just a school, it’s a dynamic learning environment born in 2000, thanks to the vision of Graeme Crawford. This very spot, once home to Taylors College, was transformed into the primary and junior high campus of Reddam House. Senior students attend the Bondi campus. Reddam House quickly outgrew its initial location, necessitating the acquisition of this Woollahra campus in 2003 to accommodate its growing student body from preschool to Year 9. Interestingly, Reddam House was part of a larger family of schools founded by the Crawford family, with sister schools even across the globe in South Africa, started by Sheena Crawford-Kempster and Robert Crawford. In 2019, a significant shift occurred when Reddam House joined the Inspired Education Group, transitioning to a for-profit model. This meant a change in funding, moving away from government support. Reddam House has achieved remarkable academic success, consistently ranking among the top schools in the HSC. In fact, they’ve held a spot in the top 10, notably achieving their highest ranking ever, 5th overall, in recent years. This dedication to academic excellence is a defining characteristic of Reddam House.
