Gazing up, notice the unique diamond shapes. These define the Prosta Tower. It stands here on Prosta Street.

Prosta Tower is an office building in Wola. Wola is a district of Warsaw. Construction started in 2007. It finished in September 2011. The tower has 19 floors above ground. There are also five underground parking levels.

The architect was Stefan Kuryłowicz. His firm was Autorska Pracownia Architektury. Originally, the plan was for apartments. But the 2008 financial crisis changed things. Marvipol, the investor, switched to offices.

This change led to the tower’s distinctive facade. The openwork design limits sunlight. It reduces sun exposure inside by about 40%. This reduces the need for blinds. The design also improves acoustics.

Prosta Tower connects to Łucka City. Łucka City is a residential tower. This pairing is rare. It is almost unique in Poland.

The Prosta Tower won an award. It received the CEMEX Building Award in 2011. The category was “The most interesting concrete buildings”.

Inside Prosta Tower you will find modern offices. There is high-speed Wi-Fi. Disabled accessible toilets exist on each floor. There is also multi-story underground parking. The building even has a driveway for VIPs and taxis.

The location is ideal for business. Prosta Tower is close to transport. You will find restaurants and shops nearby. Several prestigious hotels are also close. After work, enjoy cinemas and theaters. The Central Railway Station is easy to reach.

Prosta Tower offers more than office space. It provides character and convenience. The building is designed for maximum comfort. Its rhomboid facade is a hallmark. This reduces office heating by nearly 40%. The building extends outward as it rises. This provides additional office space.

The aim was to make the most of a small plot. The designers wanted a distinctive building. That vision resulted in Prosta Tower. It is a memorable landmark in Warsaw’s skyline.

Consider this tower a fusion of design and function. Prosta Tower is both practical and visually striking. It shows how architecture can solve problems creatively. The openwork facade stands as an example. It is a testament to smart design.
