Operational until 1951, the mill witnessed the flow of centuries, eventually falling silent. Today, it stands remarkably preserved. But Markův mlýn isn’t just about the mill. Nearby, nestled on rocky slopes, lies a protected natural treasure. These rocky steppes, also named Markův mlýn, burst forth with life each spring. Rare and vibrant blooms of Pulsatilla pratensis and Astragalus danicus paint the landscape, a testament to the area’s unique biodiversity.
