The Prime Corporate Center, or simply Prime, is a 96-meter-tall office building. It resides in the Wola district. Construction began in April 2014. It was completed in January 2016 and opened in March of that year.
Golub GetHouse developed Prime Corporate Center. The design was a collaboration. Chicago-based Solomon Cordwell Buenz worked with Warsaw-based Epstein. Warbud was the main contractor. Over 2000 people contributed to its construction.
In 2014, Raiffeisen Bank Polsk leased a significant portion of the building. It was 19,500 square meters. This was the largest lease agreement in Poland that year. Golub GetHouse and Savills received the CIJ Award for Office Lease of the Year. Currently, most of the building is leased to BNP Paribas Bank Polska.
Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate purchased the building in 2016. The estimated price was 90 million euros. In 2024, the building was modernized.
The Prime Corporate Center has 23 storeys. The roof reaches 83 meters. Its floor area totals 27,000 square meters. About 20,148 square meters are office spaces. There are also five underground storeys. These include a large car park with 197 parking spaces.
The building has two parts. A wide, rectangular base supports a taller tower at the back. The glass panel elevation features LED installations around the windows. The design incorporates modernism, constructivism, and other styles.
A fuel power generator ensures the building can function during blackouts. The property also meets the requirements for a BREEAM environmental certificate.
Its location in the center of Warsaw allows for efficient communication. There is convenient access to public transportation. The Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station is nearby. Prestigious hotels, banks, and restaurants populate the area. The Złote Tarasy shopping mall is also close.
