For 15 years prior, the city’s central business district hadn’t seen such a significant skyscraper development. Portside’s dramatic rise marked a new chapter in Cape Town’s urban story. Portside earned a prestigious 5-Star Green Star rating from the Green Building Council of South Africa, a testament to its eco-conscious features.
