Picture this. You are standing before Pinnacle Hall a modern marvel of student life at the University of South Florida. Opened in August 2018 this impressive building stands at the corner of USF Palm Drive and USF Holly Drive. It’s part of The Village the newest residential community on campus.

Pinnacle Hall isn’t just a dorm. It’s a vibrant hub for both first-year students and upperclassmen. Imagine a place where you can study hard then unwind in a state-of-the-art gaming area. Need a break? The TV/media lounge awaits. There’s even a full kitchen for those late-night study snacks or impromptu cooking sessions. This is more than just a place to sleep. Pinnacle Hall offers both suite-style and traditional-style rooms. Suite-style rooms are double occupancy each with a private bathroom. These suites are surprisingly spacious. They measure approximately 213 square feet. Each resident gets a twin XL bed dresser chair desk and built-in closet. For those seeking more privacy a limited number of single suites are available. These are around 100 square feet offering a more personal space.

Traditional-style rooms are also double occupancy but share community bathrooms on each floor. Each bathroom has two toilets two sinks and showers. Three or four rooms typically share one bathroom. Don’t worry about cleanliness. Community bathrooms are cleaned daily.

But Pinnacle Hall offers more than just comfortable rooms. Every floor boasts activity lounges and quiet lounges. Students can easily connect via the in-room Ethernet connection or the building-wide WiFi. The internet speed is impressive with an average of 250 Mbps speeds up to 1Gbps. And for emergencies 24-hour on-call maintenance is always available.
