This was later renamed the East District of Lutheran Church-Canada. The church building itself rose in 1959, a testament to the growing congregation. A significant milestone came in 1970. Our Saviour Lutheran Church became self-supporting, demonstrating its deep roots within the community. Today, Our Saviour Lutheran Church continues to be a beacon of faith. Services are held every Sunday at 11 a.m. Members here strive to embody Christ’s message of love. This love extends both within the congregation and outwards to the wider community. The church believes that the power to love and forgive stems from two sources. These are being rooted in God’s Word and faithfully receiving His Sacraments.
