Initially a small gathering of about 25 families Our Lady of Vietnam Catholic Church quickly grew to become a spiritual home for over 600 families. Imagine the strength and shared hope that bound these families together. Many had fled persecution seeking religious freedom in a new land. They found that sanctuary within these walls.
Cardinal Donald Wuerl once beautifully described the parish’s history as a story of faith courage and resourcefulness.
