The Czech popular singer Karl Gott is buried in this cemetery. He achieved great success in German-speaking countries. He sang the intro song of Maja the Bee. It was a German-Japanese cartoon made between 1975 and 1980.
Wandering through this Malvazinky neighborhood gives you the feeling as if you are in a small town. Hardly any tourists ventures this way. Malvazinky neighborhood is definitely off the beaten tourist track.
