The emergency housing has six spaces for those in immediate need. The supportive housing accommodates ten individuals, offering a more permanent solution. Kvarntorpet is more than just walls and a roof. It’s a place where people can find stability, support, and a path toward a brighter future. And just next door, Kvarntorpet also runs a vital day center. It’s open to anyone over 20 seeking community and support. The center offers showers, a place to rest, and affordable lunches. They organize activities like bowling and bingo, creating a sense of belonging. They also provide practical help, like computer access and assistance with contacting authorities or filling out forms. It’s a place of connection, care, and empowerment, right here at Kvarntorpet.
