Founded in September 1972 Kit Sam Lam Bing Yim Secondary School has a rich history. The Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary established it. The B.Y. Lam Foundation partially financed the construction. Thus the school was named Kit Sam Lam Bing Yim Secondary School. The campus formally opened in 1973.
