“Looking for language skills?” The Centre de Langues at Institut Le Bel is the place to be. Here at Institut Le Bel, students from various disciplines converge. They aim to master English and German.
Institut Le Bel is part of the Universitè de Strasbourg. It welcomes students from diverse fields. These include science, geography, psychology, and more. Students in the Faculty of Geography and Planning attend classes here. This includes those pursuing L2, L3, and Masters degrees.
EOST-affiliated L2, L3, Masters, and diplomas are also part of Institut Le Bel. Chemistry and Psychology students attend as well. This includes L2, L3, and Masters students. L2 students in Physics and Engineering. Students of Computer Science, and Life Sciences also attend courses at Institut Le Bel.
Institut Le Bel provides instruction for L2 students in Health Sciences. Plurisciences and Mathematics programs also fall under its umbrella. Master’s students in Mathematics also benefit from the language center.
Interestingly, Institut Le Bel opens its doors to all University of Strasbourg students. They can take introductory German courses. University staff can also refine their German skills. This is made possible through continuing education programs.
From 1971 to 2009, part of the school was Louis Pasteur University. It was known as Strasbourg I during that time.
Institut Le Bel is located at 4 rue Blaise Pascal. Its doors open early. The secretariat welcomes visitors from 8 am to noon. It reopens from 2 pm to 5:45 pm, Monday through Friday.
