“What began with a small group is now a beacon of faith” these are the words that come to mind as we approach Igreja F\u00e9 B\u00edblia. The Igreja F\u00e9 B\u00edblia started in 1999. Pastor Alan Pierre de Santos e Lima led a small group in Esp\u00edrito Santo do Pinhal. This is a city in S\u00e3o Paulo.
Pastor Alan felt inspired to start a church. The church would be based on the Bible. Thus, Igreja do Minist\u00e9rio da F\u00e9 B\u00edblica was founded. The name reflects a faith based on the Word of God. It is not based on human reasoning or emotions.
The Igreja F\u00e9 B\u00edblia’s symbol is powerful. It features the word “F\u00e9” Faith in the shape of a shield. A sword lies in the middle. This symbol draws from Ephesians 6:16-17. It speaks of faith as a shield and the Word of God as a sword.
Early meetings took place in members’ homes. These gatherings soon moved to Pastor Alan’s house. People were drawn to the power of the Holy Spirit. They experienced healings, miracles and transformations. Accepting Jesus brought peace, love and joy. It gave them strength to overcome challenges.
The growing number of attendees required a larger space. Inspired by Isaiah 4:6, Pastor Alan sought a new location. The scripture spoke of a tabernacle for shelter. It would provide refuge from heat, storms and rain. A week later, the first hall was rented. It was in Esp\u00edrito Santo do Pinhal’s city center. Many thought the owner would never rent it. God had prepared the space for His Word and power.
The Igreja F\u00e9 B\u00edblia continued to grow. People were blessed and called to ministry. Pastors and workers rose up. Soon, a larger place was needed. A bigger building was rented on Rua Ver. Estevo de Fellippi. The church kept the original hall. God sent more people to the Igreja F\u00e9 B\u00edblia. Many accepted Jesus. Miracles proved God’s presence.
The Igreja F\u00e9 B\u00edblia needed its own headquarters. Miraculously, God provided three lots. They were near the second building. These were purchased. The current headquarters of 830 square meters was built.
Months of sacrifice, prayer and fasting followed. Satan opposed God’s work. But the church prevailed with God’s blessing. Today, the Igreja F\u00e9 B\u00edblia has TV and radio programs. It also has an internet presence. Further construction and investments continue. The goal is to win souls. To announce Jesus to the world.
The Igreja F\u00e9 B\u00edblia welcomes everyone. Services are held throughout the week. These include gatherings for the Holy Spirit, prosperity, family and healing. The youth meet on Saturdays. Prayer meetings also take place on Saturdays.
