Each phase focuses on different areas of the campus. The project includes the creation of a new academic complex and a large university plaza.
The new academic complex will be a significant addition to the campus. It will provide approximately 24000 square meters of new space. The space will include various facilities such as classrooms study spaces teaching laboratories and research laboratories. Student and staff amenities will also improve. The new complex will help enhance student and faculty experience.
The university plaza will become the new heart of the Ho Sin Hang Campus. It will function as a central hub for students and faculty. It will likely be a place where many university events take place. This is part of the Phase 1B of the redevelopment. This phase is expected to be completed around 2033.
