Hoi Lok Court has 2,522 flats across five blocks. These blocks are named Hoi Pik House, Hoi Sha House, Hoi Ting House, Hoi Yuk House and Hoi Tung House. Hoi Pik House and Hoi Tung House both have 40 storeys. Hoi Sha House has 38 storeys. Hoi Ting House has 37 storeys. Hoi Yuk House has 39 storeys.

The Hong Kong Housing Authority developed Hoi Lok Court. The architect was also the Hong Kong Housing Authority. Ove Arup & Partners Hong Kong Ltd acted as sustainable design consultant. Ramboll Hong Kong Limited was the environmental consultant. The C&S engineer and M&E engineer were the Hong Kong Housing Authority. WT Partnership (HK) Limited was the quantity surveyor. Aggressive Construction Company Limited was the main contractor.

Hoi Lok Court’s occupation began in November 2018. Block A received its occupation permit on November 29, 2018. Blocks B to E received theirs on August 19, 2019. The building’s completion year was 2019.

The total site area spans 19,932 square meters. Hoi Lok Court offers studio apartments. The saleable area ranges from 383 to 631 square feet. The POA School Net is 40. The secondary school district is in Sham Shui Po. Hoi Lok Court is conveniently located. It is about a five-minute walk to the MTR.

Consider the public open space between Hoi Lok Court and Hoi Ying Estate. This space serves as a breezeway. It enhances ventilation in Sham Shui Po District’s southern part. The garden has a theme.
