Fully-furnished villas feature community kitchens. They also have living and laundry rooms WiFi and cable TV.
In 2019 significant renovations transformed the Greek Village Building-GVC. Restrooms and showers in each of the 14 villas underwent a complete makeover. Scranton Products’ Aria Partitions were installed. These partitions enhance privacy aesthetics durability and ease of maintenance. They boast a timeless neutral look. The design prioritized privacy and security. This was a key concern for university officials.
