Established in 2000 the Faculty of Humanities Charles University stands before you. A relatively young faculty it’s nonetheless a vibrant hub of academic excellence. Before this building existed the Faculty of Humanities had a different home. It began as the Institute for Liberal Education. This was located in a building belonging to the Czech Academy of Sciences. The move to its current location in 2020 marked a significant milestone.
