El Museo Cultural was founded in 1995. But its story on the Railyard truly began in April 1998. Since then, it has served as a dynamic center. It cultivates artistic expression and celebrates New Mexico’s rich heritage.

El Museo Cultural is organized as a Center of Hispanic Culture and Learning. Its mission is clear.
