Established in 1942 Delany College initially operated as Patrician Brothers’ High School. It was an all-boys school for students in Years 5 to 10. This Catholic institution was one of many Patrician schools across New South Wales and the globe. Delany College stands proudly in Granville a western suburb of Sydney. He later established another notable Catholic institution Catholic Terra Sancta College. The school’s name was changed to Delany College. It honors Bishop Daniel Delany the founder of the Patrician Brothers.
