Established in 1942 Delany College initially operated as Patrician Brothers’ High School. It was an all-boys school for students in Years 5 to 10. This Catholic institution was one of many Patrician schools across New South Wales and the globe. Delany College stands proudly in Granville a western suburb of Sydney. It’s a testament to the enduring spirit of the Patrician Brothers.

The college underwent a significant transformation in 1997. It became co-educational. The change reflected the evolving needs of the local community. Quentin Evans spearheaded this reform. He later established another notable Catholic institution Catholic Terra Sancta College. The school’s name was changed to Delany College.
