The cemetery is managed by the Parish of Our Lady of Częstochowa in Józefów. The office is located at 3 Maja 81A. The office is open weekdays from 9:00 to 10:30 and 16:00 to 17:30. On Saturdays it is open from 9:00 to 10:30. You can reach the office by phone at (+48) 22 789 21 05.
The cemetery is open daily from 7:00 until dusk. Funerals take place on weekdays only. Visitors must maintain silence and order. Respect for the graves is paramount.
Several rules apply here. No alcohol or drugs are allowed. Animals are prohibited. Damaging greenery is forbidden. You cannot plant trees or shrubs. Building benches or platforms is restricted.
Construction or modifications require permission. This includes building graves or setting up headstones. Taking anything from the cemetery is prohibited.
Those responsible for the graves must maintain them. They must also pay fees. These fees cover the grave site waste disposal and water access.
