Church in the City has a rich history. It began in September 1985. A partnership between Stone Church and the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada. It started on the west side of Yonge Street. It then moved across the street. Eventually it found a home in the St Lawrence community. The church now resides in the David B Archer Co-operative.

Over the years Church in the City has grown. It’s expanded its reach. It now has a satellite campus. It’s called Church in the Canary. This campus serves the Canary District. It’s a testament to the church’s commitment to its community. The church’s leaders Pastor Dan Chandran and others work tirelessly. They serve the community and share God’s love.
