Cervejaria Guitt’s isn’t just a brewery. It’s a dream realized. In 2001 Mr Geraldo Guitti’s vision became a reality. He opened his brewery in Caieiras Sao Paulo. It’s a medium-sized brewery using advanced technology. It boasts three distinct beer lines: Guitt’s Zebu and Ravache. Each line offers unique beer styles. They use imported ingredients. The brewery adheres to strict quality controls.
The Guitt’s line itself is quite impressive. There’s the Guitt’s Pilsen. It’s triple-filtered light and flavorful. The Guitt’s Malzbier is a dark slightly sweet beer. The Guitt’s Galega Radler is a refreshing mix of Pilsen beer and lemon juice. And then there’s the bottled Guitt’s chopp. It’s a truly unique offering from the brewery. There are also light and dark chopp versions made with special malts. No additives are used.
The Zebu line launched in 2003. Its signature Stout is a dark strong beer. It’s made with a selection of special roasted malts and brown sugar. In 2015 the Zebu line expanded with a seasonal winter beer Zebu Bock. This dark strong pure malt beer features six malt varieties. It has a balanced bitterness reddish-copper color and malty flavors. Caramel and woody notes are prominent.
Ravache the brewery’s pure malt line debuted in 2011. The Ravache Gold a classic Premium Lager was the first brew. It’s made with three types of barley malt and two aromatic hop varieties. It follows the 1516 German Purity Law. Over the years the Ravache line grew. Ravache Munich Dunkel a dark beer with five malts was added in 2013. The highly anticipated Ravache IPA a German IPA followed in 2016. The refreshing Ravache Weiss a classic Bavarian wheat beer joined the family in 2018. Finally the Ravache Pilsen a light pure malt beer with low bitterness and a refreshing taste was launched the following year. The Ravache line’s unique selling point is its Hallertau hops. They are certified by the European Commission. The exception is the Ravache Pilsen which uses Saaz hops from the Czech Republic.
