They study at the Bachelor’s, Master’s, and doctoral levels. Veterinary Medicine students even learn Latin here.
What languages can you learn at the Centrum Językowo-Sportowe SGGW? English, French, German, Russian, and Spanish are all taught. Since 2020, Spanish has been added to the curriculum.
The goal is for students to reach level B2. This level or higher is based on the European System of Language Education. Students develop skills in listening, reading, writing, and speaking. They also learn specialized language for their fields.
The Studium also focuses on practical skills. Students learn to gather and share information effectively. This helps them in their academic and professional lives. The Centrum Językowo-Sportowe SGGW partners with educational publishers. These include Pearson Polska and Oxford University Press.
But that’s not all that happens here. The Centrum Językowo-Sportowe SGGW also has sports facilities. A modern sports complex awaits you. There is a swimming pool with a recreational section. You’ll also find three sports halls here.
Tennis enthusiasts can enjoy an indoor court. It has three courts in total. After a workout, relax in one of the two dry saunas. Or get a tan in the solarium. There’s also an aerobics room and a well-equipped gym. If you forgot your gear, a swim shop is available. Treat yourself to a massage or visit the café.
The building is accessible to everyone. This includes people with disabilities. The Centrum Językowo-Sportowe SGGW also has parking for about 200 cars. It is surrounded by green space. Industrial cameras monitor the entire facility.
The sports facilities are located at Ciszewskiego 10 street. Here, you’ll find the swimming pool. Several halls and rooms host various activities. These include halls 1 through 7. Room 4 houses the gym. Space is limited. The pool has a limit of 8 men and 8 women.
