Today, Cedar Creek Orchard boasts a staggering 23,000 trees, bursting with apples, peaches, nectarines, and persimmons. The Silm family’s legacy extends beyond the orchard’s borders. Their produce graces markets both local and international. Cedar Creek’s “Black Label Apple Juice”, a pure, 100% delight, is crushed and bottled right here, a testament to their commitment to quality. And in 2018, Nathan, the youngest Silm, added a new chapter to the orchard’s story. He began crafting “Cedar Creek Apple Cider”, now a beloved offering in their on-site shed.
