Established in 1965 Blakehurst Baptist Church has a rich history. Initially the congregation met in a Senior Citizens Centre in Allawah. This was until their chapel opened in September 1967. The current building a testament to the community’s growth was opened in July 1978. It’s a vibrant hub. It hosts Sunday morning services. Children’s programs run concurrently.
