“Thank God Sunday came” That was the title of the very first sermon delivered at the Bible Based Fellowship Church of Temple Terrace. It was April 12 1998. The congregation wasn’t in a grand building. They gathered in a conference room at a Best Western Hotel. A small choir of women and a few men served as ushers. They celebrated a new beginning. They shared communion remembering Jesus’ resurrection. The Bible Based Fellowship Church was born.
