Looking for a space to collaborate? Ashburn Library offers meeting rooms. Meeting Room A seats 25. Meeting Room B accommodates 50. Meeting Room C holds 75. Combinations offer even larger spaces. Rooms A and B together seat 75. Rooms B and C combine for 125. All three rooms together can host 150 people. Small study rooms are also available. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The library provides free notary services by appointment. While walk-ins are welcome, calling ahead is best. Documents must be signed in front of the notary. The notary must be able to read them. They must be in English. Staff cannot serve as witnesses.

The Friends of the Ashburn Library hold a spring book sale. Members get an exclusive pre-sale. Ashburn Library also accepts donations of gently used books and DVDs. Donations should be limited to 20 items or less.

The Loudoun County Public Library eliminated overdue fines in 2019. Library cards are free. They are available to Loudoun County residents. Access eBooks, audiobooks and streaming services online. Platforms include OverDrive, Hoopla, and Kanopy.
