The structure of Abisso Kamikaze is fairly typical for this area. It shares similarities with other local caves. Pozzo Covacich and Abisso Colognatti are comparable in structure. Abisso Kamikaze descends almost exclusively vertically.
Picture this: two initial shafts lead to a cavern at 43 meters. Here you see impressive concretions. As you descend further, corrosion becomes the dominant feature. These corrosive features are particularly evident in the shafts reaching 94 meters. The cave splits into two distinct branches at this depth.
What’s fascinating about Abisso Kamikaze is the interconnectedness of its chambers. Fractures connect to form a network. This joining of fractures is notable. It’s a unique system in a region not known for extensive underground networks.

Today the main entrance to Abisso Kamikaze is a vertical shaft nearly nine meters deep. The cave itself reaches a total depth of 139 meters.
