In 1977, a seed was planted. The Asaka Chuo Central General Hospital opened its doors. It began its life in Asaka-shi, Saitama, not far from where the TMG Asaka Medical Center stands today. Fast forward to 2018, and the hospital underwent a dramatic transformation. It relocated to the former site of Toyo University’s Asaka campus, changed its name to TMG Asaka Medical Center, and expanded to a whopping 446 beds. This marked a new era for the medical center, a significant upgrade from its more humble beginnings. The TMG Asaka Medical Center isn’t just a building with beds and medical equipment. It’s a place where lives intersect, where hope is rekindled, and where the community finds solace in times of need. You can find the TMG Asaka Medical Center at 1340-1 Mizonuma, asaka-shi, Saitama. The official name, in all its formal glory, is the “Medical Corporation Shadan TMG Asaka Medical Center”. This isn’t just a hospital. It’s a cornerstone of the community, a testament to the dedication of its staff, and a symbol of the ever-evolving landscape of healthcare in Japan. In the same year, TMG Asaka Medical Center also joined JEPICA, the All Japan Minkan Center Association. This further solidified its role as a vital player in the national healthcare network. The old hospital building was transformed into the TMG Satellite Clinic Asaka-dai, continuing to serve the community in a different capacity.
