What makes Adachi-ku Umeda Library unique? It is the library’s role as part of a larger complex. It includes a children’s learning center and an NPO support center. The Adachi-ku Umeda Library spans the second and third floors. The second floor focuses on children’s books. It also holds books for middle and high school students. General books, newspapers and magazines can be found here too. You can find the OPAC terminals here as well. These are for searching materials. The third floor offers a quiet reading room.
