“Another lap?” I asked, panting slightly. Here we are at Nerima’s Heiwa Dai Gymnasium. This gymnasium provides many sports facilities. It is a place for locals and visitors alike.

Heiwa Dai Gymnasium is more than just a building. It is a hub of activity. People come here to swim. They come to practice martial arts. They also use the training room. This facility supports a healthy lifestyle.

Inside Heiwa Dai Gymnasium, you will find a heated swimming pool. The pool has six lanes. Each lane is 25 meters long. There is also a pool for toddlers. The water depth is carefully managed for safety. Adults and children can enjoy swimming year-round here.

Beyond swimming, Heiwa Dai Gymnasium boasts competition areas. A martial arts hall allows training in various disciplines. The training room is equipped for diverse fitness routines. You can engage in many sports.

The gymnasium is open from 9:00 to 21:30. Take note that the second Monday of each month is a rest day. Also, the facility is closed from December 29th to January 3rd. These closures are for annual maintenance.

Admission fees are reasonable. Children and students pay 100 yen per hour. Adults pay 200 yen per hour. These prices make it accessible for everyone.

Heiwa Dai Gymnasium is conveniently located. The closest train station is Heiwa Dai Station. It is about a 15-minute walk from the south exit. Another option is Higashi-Nerima Station. That is a 20-minute walk from the south exit.

Parking is available with 15 spaces. The first hour costs 200 yen. After that, it is 100 yen per 30 minutes. Public transport might be preferable though.

Notably, Heiwa Dai Gymnasium enforces pool rules. Diaper-wearing children cannot use the pool. This regulation ensures hygiene. Everyone can enjoy a clean environment.

So whether you are a seasoned athlete or a casual enthusiast, Heiwa Dai Gymnasium welcomes you. Dive into the pool or hit the training room. There is something for everyone to enjoy. Remember to check the schedule. Make the most of this excellent sports facility.
