Machida City Tsurukawa Daini Junior High School is scheduled to merge with Machida City Zenkoji Junior High School in 2036. Until then, each school will use its existing buildings. A new school building is planned between 2033 and 2035. It will be built on the current site of Machida City Tsurukawa Daisan Elementary School. The building will also use the site of this school.

Nearby schools include Tsurukawa Daini Elementary School. Tsurukawa Daisan Elementary School is also close. You can also find Mitsuwa Elementary School nearby. Students may also attend Tsurukawa Junior High School. Zenkoji Junior High School is another option.
