On April 6 of the same year, it held its inaugural ceremony. There were 186 first-graders. The school had 26 classes. There were 967 students. The faculty comprised 48 members.

The school established its official seal on June 19 1992. Its school song was created on September 2 of the same year. A dedication ceremony marked the school’s opening on October 7. This date became the school’s anniversary.

\u6c5f\u6238\u5ddd\u533a\u7acb\u81e8\u6d77\u5c0f\u5b66\u6821 emphasizes physical education. In October 1999, the school hosted a research presentation. The theme was innovative teaching methods in physical education. The focus was on student-centered learning. It aimed to encourage active and intentional participation.

In April 2000, a special support class was established. It was named “Kamome Gakkyu”. This class catered to students with mental and physical disabilities.

The school district boundaries changed in April 2001. Forty-three students transferred from Minamisakasai West Elementary School.

\u6c5f\u6238\u5ddd\u533a\u7acb\u81e8\u6d77\u5c0f\u5b66\u6821 serves several districts. These include Minamisakasai 3-chome and the entirety of both. As well as, all of the areas of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 6th districts of Rinkai-cho.

Most students from Minamisakasai 3-chome advance. They advance to Edogawa Municipal Minamisakasai Second Junior High School. Children from Rinkai-cho typically attend Edogawa Municipal Seishin Second Junior High School.

Today \u6c5f\u6238\u5ddd\u533a\u7acb\u81e8\u6d77\u5c0f\u5b66\u6821 continues to thrive. It adapts to the changing needs of its students. It remains a vital part of the Edogawa community.
